A service brokering system, a related service requirement matching sub-system, a computer program product, and a service requirement matching method are disclosed. The method includes: receiving requirement conditions from a client device, and generating a corresponding target reservation order; configuring an initial value of a candidate count corresponding to the target reservation order; selecting multiple valid service providers matching with the requirement conditions out of a database; transmitting the target reservation order; and the initial value of the candidate count to multiple service-provider devices respectively corresponding to the multiple valid service providers; every time a candidate request from any of the multiple service-provider devices is received, updating the candidate count of the target reservation order, and then transmitting, in real-time, an updated candidate count to the multiple service-provider devices.
