A service brokering system, a related service requirement matching sub-system,a computerprogram product, and a service requirement matching method are disclosed. Themethod includes:receiving requirement conditions from a client device, and generating acorresponding targetreservation order; configuring an initial value of a candidate countcorresponding to the targetreservation order; selecting multiple valid service providers matching withthe requirementconditions out of a database; transmitting the target reservation order; andthe initial value of thecandidate count to multiple service-provider devices respectivelycorresponding to the multiplevalid service providers; every time a candidate request from any of themultiple service-provider1 devices is received, updating the candidate count of the target reservationorder, and thentransmitting, in real-time, an updated candidate count to the multiple service-provider devices.
