A service requirement matching sub-system (110) is disclosed including: a communication circuit (111); a database (113); and a processing circuit (119), for conducting following operations: receiving requirement conditions transmitted from a target client device (120), and generating a corresponding target reservation order; configuring an initial value of candidate count corresponding to the target reservation order; searching the database (113) for multiple qualified service providers matching the requirement conditions; utilizing the communication circuit (111) to transmit the target reservation order and the initial value of candidate count to service-provider devices (140, 150) corresponding to the multiple qualified service providers, but not to service-provider devices (160) corresponding to other users who do not match the requirement conditions; and when receiving a candidate request, utilizing the communication circuit (111) to transmit a current candidate count of the target reservation order to the service-provider devices (140, 150) corresponding to the multiple qualified service providers.
