The present invention is a conventional turbine flow meter for liquids, especially for lithium bromide (LiBr) saline. Due to the dynamism and robustness and all the differential elements that the proposed meter brings, its cost benefit becomes interesting and quite viable both industrially and for the academic environment when taking into account the process of dimensioning, construction, electronics and all the programming involved.
