The present invention provides a microstructure including cross-linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel, and a method for producing the same. The present invention has an effect in that it is possible to produce a microstructure which is uniform and has minimized distortion since the microstructure of the present invention uses cross-linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel. In addition, the microstructure of the present invention which uses cross-linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel has the advantages of: being able to improve aged skin tissue such as wrinkles, and provide a moisturizing effect thereto; easily absorbing bodily fluid within a living body due to excellent swelling properties; and being able to stably deliver useful components into the living body due to having hyaluronidase stability, and as a result the duration of microstructures within the living body being long.
