A gun barrel structure and a toy gun using same. The gun barrel structure comprises a barrel (11), a barrel housing (12) component, and a light emitting component (20). A cavity (101) is formed between the barrel (11) and the barrel housing (12), wherein the light emitting component (20) comprises a circuit board (21) and a light emitting member (22) that are electrically connected, the circuit board (21) is located in the cavity (101) between the barrel (11) and the barrel housing (12), and the light emitting member (22) is disposed adjacent to the muzzle of a barrel component (10) so as to project light emitted by the light emitting member (22) onto the ballistic channel of the toy gun. According to the toy gun, the ballistic channel can be effectively illuminated as the light emitting member (22) is provided at a position adjacent to the muzzle of the barrel component (10), so that the shooting path of a toy bullet or whether a toy bullet is fired can be conveniently viewed or checked; in addition, the light emitted by the light emitting member (22) can also assist in aiming and improve both the shooting experience and visual experience.
