The invention is an easy attach-detach mechanism (1) which allows for holding the endoscope/laparoscope (10) which is a camera system used in the minimally invasive surgical systems by means of a robot or a passive holder and when necessary allows for detaching the endoscope/laparoscope (10) easily from the holder and rotating around the telescope axis with a limited angle, characterized in that; it comprises the following; a fragmental fixed intermediate adaptor (12) which is mounted on the external surface of the endoscope/laparoscope (10) and is engaged with the main chassis (31) in the linear locking mechanism (30), a return spring (40) which is attached to a main chassis (31) on one end and is attached to a pressing arm with a cam mechanism (35) on the other end and applies upward pulling force to the cam press arm, a pressing arm with a cam mechanism (35) which transmits the upward force originating from the return spring (40) and the downward force originating from the surgeon to the compression flange (38), a compression flange (38) which transmits the upward movement originating from the return spring (40) force and the downward movement which is formed by the pressing force applied by the surgeon on the pressing arm with a cam mechanism (35) by means of the connecting pins (33) to the movable pot (32), a movable pot (32) which compresses the fragmental fixed intermediate adaptor (12) which it has contact with when a force originates from the return spring (40) into the main chassis (31) and prevents its motion therein and then allows the fragmental fixed intermediate adaptor (12) to rotate around the endoscope/laparoscope (10) telescope axis by means of releasing the adaptor (12) by moving in a downward manner as a result of the compression force originating from the surgeon, a barrier pin (41) which pushes away the fragmental fixed intermediate adaptor (12) and thus the endoscope/laparoscope (10) from the main chassis (31) by means of releasing from the movable pot (32) moving in the downward direction after the surgeon presses on the pressing arm with a cam mechanism (35) until it reaches the lower stopper pin (45), a compression spring (42) which is located behind said barrier pin (41) and enables the required force for the barrier pin (41) to push the fragmental fixed intermediate adaptor (12) away from the chassis (31).
