An apparatus and method for detecting and calibrating an intracranial pressure and an intracranial temperature. The apparatus comprises a probe, a compensation circuit, a main control circuit, and a storage and display module, wherein the probe is internally provided with a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor independent of each other; the temperature sensor is internally provided with a thermistor; the main control circuit comprises a measurement circuit, an MCU module and a zero calibration circuit; the zero calibration circuit is used for calibrating the pressure sensor to zero; the measurement circuit is used for measuring a resistance value of the thermistor; the compensation circuit is used for correcting the resistance value of the thermistor, and is used for calibrating the resolution of the pressure sensor; the MCU module is used for acquiring the corrected resistance value of the thermistor and converting same into an intracranial temperature, and is used for acquiring an intracranial pressure measured by the pressure sensor; and the storage and display module is used for storing and displaying the intracranial temperature and the intracranial pressure. The apparatus has the characteristics of high measurement precision and high resolution.
