Disclosed are an object display method and apparatus for simulating an experience of a blind person, and a storage medium, belonging to the field of human-computer interaction. The method comprises: displaying a user interface of an application program, wherein the user interface is an interface for displaying a three-dimensional virtual environment, and a masking layer is superimposed on the user interface; receiving an interaction operation triggered in a target area of the user interface; and displaying, according to the interaction operation and in the target area, the contour of an object located in the three-dimensional virtual environment. By means of the present application, the effects of a blind person touching an object in darkness and the three-dimensional outline of the object being presented in the brain can be simulated more realistically.
