A trunk mobility and coordination enhancing device for pathology involving impairment of intersegmental coordination comprises a rotating arm connected to a surface/frame, one end of the rotating arm is hingedly connectable to the surface/frame, and another end of the rotating arm comprises rolling means for moving the rotating arm substantially freely in various directions on the surface/frame. The rotating arm comprises a positioning mechanism either fixed in position at a desired point along the rotating arm or slidable along the rotating arm and a steering wheel connected to the positioning mechanism to be held with both hands of a user.
