The present invention relates to a fragrance composition for improving concentration, health functional food and a cosmetic composition for improving concentration by including the fragrance composition, a fragrance mixture producing method having a concentration enhancing effect, and a fragrance mixture having a concentration enhancing effect produced by the method. The fragrance composition of the present invention has a concentration enhancing effect by inducing an increase in relative beta power spectrum (RB) in a right prefrontal lobe, a decrease in relative gamma power spectrum (RG) in right frontal and left temporal lobes, a decrease in relative fast alpha power spectrum (RFA) in a left occipital lobe, an increase in relative high beta power spectrum (RHB) in a right prefrontal lobe and a left frontal lobe, a decrease in the ratio of mid beta to theta power spectrum (RMT) in right frontal and right parietal lobes, and an increase in spectral edge frequency 50% (SEF50) in a right prefrontal lobe, a left frontal lobe, a right parietal lobe, and left and right occipital lobes. The present invention is produced by including 3.5-4.5 wt% of vertenex, 1.8-2.2 wt% of cashmeran, 3.5-4.5 wt% of cedramber, and other components based on the total weight of the fragrance mixture.
