The present invention relates to a UV-curable urethane polymer-solid electrolyte and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of the UV-curable urethane polymer-solid electrolyte comprises the following steps: preparing a UV-curable urethane polymer solution; adding a lithium-based solid electrolyte to the polymer solution to prepare a mixed solution; and UV curing the mixed solution.
