According to an embodiment of the present invention, a control method of a vehicle with an integrated flow control valve comprises the steps of: performing, by a controller, a fault diagnosis of an integrated flow control valve; if it is determined that the integrated flow control valve is in fault, measuring, by the controller, a position of a cam to determine whether a position sensor which outputs a corresponding signal is in failure; if it is determined that the position sensor has failed, operating, by the controller, the integrated flow control valve to move the cam which opens and closes a plurality of valves to a maximum position according to the rotation thereof; disabling, by the controller, the integrated flow control valve; and limiting a torque output of an engine according to the position of the cam by the controller.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
