Provided are a learning tool combined with an analog teaching tool and a smart device, and a learning method using the same. The learning tool of the present invention comprises: at least one analog teaching tool (2); at least one sensing device (3) for sensing a state of the analog teaching tool; and a smart board (4) for providing a space to allow the analog teaching tool to be manipulated by a user. The smart board (4) includes a screen (41) for displaying a learning progress status, and a control device, and is connected to the sensing device (3) in a wired and/or wireless manner. According to the learning method of the present invention, when the control device generates a question, and then, the user manipulates the analog teaching tool, the sensing device senses the same, and the control device compares sensed data with an answer of the question (a first scheme), or when the user manipulates the analog teaching tool and the sensing device senses the same, a question is generated based thereon, and when the user inputs an answer for the question, the control device determines true or false (a second scheme). Thereafter, when a result value is displayed on a screen or the analog teaching tool manipulated by a first user is sensed by the sensing device, and the control device generates a question based thereon, a second user manipulates the analog teaching tool in accordance with the question, and when the sensing device senses the same, the control device compares an answer of the question with sensed data to determine true or false, and then displays a result value on the screen (a third scheme).
