In particular, an insurance claim recording menu previously requested to one or more insurance companies insured by the customer may be the insurance information on the customer, and an income level recording menu of the customer may be the general information on the customer. According to the present invention, a design manager can remodel an insurance product previously insured by the customer and can effectively guide the customer with a new insurance product more advantageous to the customer based on analysis of numerous insurance terms, such as text mining.
