The present invention relates to a boxthorn rice glue ball manufacturing method and a boxthorn rice glue ball manufactured by the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the boxthorn rice glue ball manufacturing method comprises: a rice preparing step of soaking rice in water for 6-12 hours and removing water of the rice; a first steaming step of preparing a steamer, putting the prepared rice in the steamer, and steaming the same as hard-boiled rice; a second steaming step of washing the first steamed rice in the water and steaming the same; a drying step of removing the water after soaking the second steamed rice in salt water and drying the water removed rice for 7-10 hours with hot wind of 40-65°C; a frying step of frying the dried rice at 180-190°C, swelling the same, and removing oil; a mixing step of putting the fried rice in which the oil is removed and a black bean, and mixing the fried rice and grain syrup manufactured by mixing sugar, starch syrup, and boxthorn; and a cutting step of evenly rolling a rice glue ball material which is evenly mixed with the grain syrup on a prepared rice glue ball plate with a push stick and cutting the flat rice glue ball material. The present invention can manufacture the rice glue ball having excellent taste and nutrition.
