Disclosed is a restoration performance control device of a stopped small ship. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a restoration performance control device installed in a small ship may comprise: a support bar installed to be elevated inside the post of the small ship; a weight installed at the bottom of the support bar; a wire having one end connected to the upper end of the support bar; a wire winding unit installed on the deck of the small ship, and connected to the other end of the wire to wind or unwind the wire; and a roller device installed on the upper end of the post, and changing the tension direction of the wire.
