Disclosed is a stability control device for a stopped small-sized ship. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the stability control device for a stopped small-sized ship includes: a support bar installed in a post of the small-sized ship in a liftable manner and having a sawtooth row in which a plurality of sawtooths are arranged on a surface in a row in a longitudinal direction; a weight installed on a lower end of the support bar; and a pinion having a gear teeth engaged with the sawtooth and installed on an inner side surface of the post, wherein the support bar can be lifted and lowered by rotation of the pinion in accordance with driving of the motor.
