The present invention relates to a method for preparing a baked snack and a baked snack prepared thereby. The method of the present invention comprises: an ingredient preparing and weighing step (S100) of preparing and weighting ingredients including glutinous barley powder, glutinous rice flour, rice malt, black ginseng powder, egg white, butter, baking powder, salt, purified water, and stevia-fermented extract; a mixing step (S200) of mixing and fermenting the glutinous barley powder, the glutinous rice flour, the rice malt, and the purified water among the ingredients; a butter double-boiling and cooling step of double-boiling and cooling the butter among the weighted ingredients; a dough preparing and aging step (S400) of mixing the egg white, the salt, and the stevia-fermented extract among the weighted ingredients, and mixing a mixture of the fermented barley powder, glutinous rice flour, and rice malt, the cooled butter, the backing powder, and the black ginseng with the mixed egg white, salt and stevia-fermented extract to prepare and age a dough; a molding and heating step (S500) of inputting the aged dough in a molding frame to heat and mold the same in an oven; and a cooling step (S600) of cooling the heated dough to complete a snack. The baked snack of the present invention is added with black ginseng powder to have rich nutritions, has excellent texture and flavor, and satisfies the preference of a health-oriented modern consumer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
