The present invention comprises: a cylindrical pile; an excavation part installed at one end of the pile; a first blade installed on a lower part of the pile, and formed into a spiral shape to transfer contents from bottom to top; and a second blade installed on the pile by being spaced above the first blade, and formed into a spiral shape, which is opposite to the first blade, to transfer contents from top to bottom. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method of constructing a big helical pile enabling easy grouting construction. The method includes: an embedding step of embedding a cylindrical pile into the ground while rotating the cylindrical pile; and a cement injection step of injecting cement from the outside into an excavation space where the embedment has been performed. In the embedding step, contents in the excavation space are transferred from bottom to top due to the rotation of the first blade installed on the lower part of the pile and formed into the spiral shape to transfer the contents from bottom to top. In the cement injection step, the cement injected from the outside is transferred from top to bottom due to the rotation of the second blade installed on the pile by being spaced above the first blade and formed into the spiral shape, which is opposite to the first blade, to transfer the contents from top to bottom.
