Design and construction of pile tip and pile lateral bored grouting

摘要

The commercial and financial projects of Block Z14 in the core area of Beijing CBD used post grouting bored pile compressive piles, the auxiliary building and underground garage employed raft foundation. Post grouting bored piles construction was adopted in some areas that had anti-floating problems. In order to improve the bearing capacity of single pile in pile foundation, and to reduce the settlement of pile foundation, the pile, and the pile end and side post casting were formed. In this paper, the engineering of post grouting construction is introduced briefly, and the principle of the post grouting technology is analyzed.
