Recently it is noticed that non profit organizations generally called the "Third" Sector are developing now in various fields in Italy. In the "Third" Sector are included "voluntary organizations","social cooperatives" and "social associations". The development of the "Third" Sectoris also very important in the field of educational activities in local communities. In this paper I intended to analyze the social, educational and cultural activities created by the pluralistic structure of the "Third" Sector and discussed on the new concept of "formative process".
