Public Library is an education institution for public community byudproviding a variety of information, science, technology, and culture, as a learningudresource to acquire and enhance knowledge for all levels. Office of Arsip andudPerpsutakaan Daerah (ARPUSDA) of Wonogiri Regency is a means of supportingudthe process education community. The success of an institution is assessed fromudthe best services for users. Circulation desk is often regarded as the spearhead ofudlibrary services, for the first time dealing with users and the most frequently used.udTherefore, the performance of service personnel circulation can affect theudperformance of libraries in general.udThis observation was conducted to determine how performance of serviceudpersonnel circulation.
