Study of ABE/ESL Instructor Training Approaches. Whole Language Approach.

摘要

Whole Language Approach is one of ten instructional packets developed to train adult education teachers and volunteer instructors. This packet illustrates why integrated language learning may be more appropriate for adults than traditional language acquisition. The packet explains the whole language philosophy and approach as well as the psycholinguistic framework upon which whole language is largely based. Activities are designed to reflect appropriate strategies based on both adult learning and whole language principles.
