This report presents information compiled by the Bureau of Labor Statistics211u001e(BLS), the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA), the Rural Utilities Service (RUS), 211u001ethe Bureau of the Census, and the FCC's Common Carrier Bureau Industry Analysis 211u001eDivision. The report contains historical data, background material and 211u001edescriptions of methodology. It is intended to assist in the analysis and 211u001einterpretation of telephone price and expenditure trends.
