The objectives of the study were to develop a system for wastewater treatment, increase recycling and minimize waste production, and to develop methods for restoration of contaminated soils, as well as surface and underground water by using the best available technologies for specific installations throughout the industrial group. Volume 2 contains the Final Report and is divided into: (1) Introduction; (2) Description Of The Study Area; (3) Wastewater; (4) Mogote Lagoon; (5) Phenolic Resins (6) Solid and Liquid Wastes; (7) Environmental Management Proposals; and (8) Costs, Benefits, And Financing Of Recommended Environmental Management Program.
