In this second part, the authors present a fully discrete version of the semi-211u001eimplicit method. The spatial derivatives are descretized using a spectral 211u001ecollocation approach. The advection part is integrated in time using a second 211u001eorder Runge-Kutta method with step size control. The authors present the 211u001ederivation and an interpretation of the finite element preconditioned spectral 211u001ecollocation method used to solve the Helmholtz equation of the pressure 211u001ecorrection step. Some comments of more technical nature, as on which scaling the 211u001eauthors use and the choice of linear algebra software, are presented in the 211u001eAppendix.
