Oxygen-enhanced multiple-hearth sludge incineration was the focus of a five-month211u001ejoint study by Praxair and the New York State Energy Research and Development 211u001eAuthority. Testing and demonstration were conducted in Rochester, NY, at Monroe 211u001eCounty's Frank E. Van Lare Sewage Treatment Plant.
