This Corrective Action Plan, hereinafter referred to as the Plan, encompasses NASAs policies and processes concerning program/project management and related surveillance of contractors through appropriate insight and oversight, including cost estimating, cost reporting, and life-cycle cost performance management tools such as earned value management.
