This issue also explores weak-post W-Beam guardrail attachments to culvert headwalls; a safety investigation and guidance for retrofitting existing approach guardrail transitions; effective median barrier lateral placement for varying highway cross sections; and pinned-down temporary concrete barriers with transition systems for limited-space work zone applications.
