SBA has recently concluded the second year of a comprehensive reform effort that has touched every agency program. Much has been accomplished including substantial savings to the taxpayers, improved service to customers, and record levels of loans to Americas small businesses. While changes are still in the works, today SBA is a significantly more accountable, transparent, and effective Agency than it was just two years ago.
