PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport business trade proxy server capable of eliminating a multi-stage structure of transport business trade, and of responding to needs of a cargo owner and a transport agent, and allowing proper transport business trade to be executed between the cargo owner and the transport agent; and to provide a transport business trade system using it.;SOLUTION: This transport business trade system is characteristically composed by connecting, with one another over a network, cargo owner terminals used by one or more cargo owners for ordering transport work for transport objects; transport agent terminals used by one or more transport agents for receiving the orders of the transport work for the transport objects; and this transport business trade proxy server equipped with at least a transport business standardization means for creating cargo delivery information in ordering the transport work by the cargo owner in order to carry out the trade proxy of the transport business between the cargo owner terminal and the transport agent terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
