A Statistical Review and Resume of U. S. Air Carrier Accident for the Calendar Year 1964

The purpose of this report is to present the record of aircraft accidents, incident to flight, which occurred in U. S. Air Carrier operations during the calendar year 1964. It includes a statistical recapitulation of all accidents, and a brief description of each accident along with the probable cause as determined by the Civil Aeronautics Board. (Author)
