The purpose of this report is to present the record of aircraft accidents, incident to flight, which occurred in U. S. Air Carrier operations during the calendar year 1965. It includes a statistical recapitulation of all accidents, and a brief of each accident containing the essential items of information which fulfill the requirements of the majority of persons using these reports.
