Digpod: A Program for Computing Weight, Center-Of-Gravity, and Moment-Of-Inertia Using a Coordinate Digitizer

A FORTRAN program (DIGPOD) has been written for finding the weight, center-of-gravity, and moment-of-inertia of surfaces which have a constant lateral cross section. By using a coordinate digitizer, information can be taken directly from early design layout drawings and the study completed in less than a day by persons relatively untrained in programming techniques.
