The Electrodeposition of an Adherent Coating on to Stainless Steel Powder

Ways of electrodepositing a metallic coating on particles of stainless steel powder to facilitate compaction and sintering are discussed. A laboratory apparatus for electrodepositing iron on particles in a fluidized bed is described. The design of a plant for processing 1 tonne lots of powder is outlined. (Author)
