PURPOSE: Provided is a method for coating the inner surface of a stainless steel water bank to prevent the damage of a water bank and the pollution of water stored in the water bank. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of coating the inner surface of a stainless steel water bank with a coating material after the welded part of a fixing part of a stainless steel stand for supporting the connecting part and steel sheet of a stainless steel sheet constituting a water bank is coated with an anticorrosive material, wherein the coating material comprises 22.8-28.2 wt% of a stainless steel powder, 25-30 wt% of a polyurethane resin, 45-50 wt% of toluene and 0.2-0.8 wt% of a precipitation inhibitor. Preferably the stainless steel powder has a size of 300-350 mesh; and the precipitation inhibitor is 1,4-dimethylbenzene.
