The double-layered solvent-poor organic anticorrosion system for metal surfaces for the application in towers for stainless steel wind energy tower for industrial plant, bridge construction, rail vehicles, utility vehicles, water construction and ships in an under water area, comprises a base coating having a solvent free two component epoxy resin coating material compounded of base paint- and hardening component on which a water dilutable one or two-component coating material is applied in non-hardening wet-sticky condition as cover coating. The double-layered solvent-poor organic anticorrosion system for metal surfaces for the application in towers for stainless steel wind energy tower for industrial plant, bridge construction, rail vehicles, utility vehicles, water construction and ships in an under water area, comprises a base coating having a solvent free two component epoxy resin coating material compounded of base paint- and hardening component on which a water dilutable one or two-component coating material is applied in non-hardening wet-sticky condition as cover coating. The two component epoxy resin coating material consists of a solvent-free fluid epoxy resin with an appropriate hardener in mixing ratio of 2:1 to 7:1 as base coating. The epoxide equivalent mass contains aliphatic or aromatic reactive diluent. The two component epoxy resin coating material consists a pigment portion of 20-60 wt.%. The pigment mixture consists of pigments, fillers and corrosion protection pigment with and without inhibitors and additional colorants.
