The system has solvent free components as a basic coating for epoxy resin coating material with glass mat or glass fabric, on which water-dilutable component polyurethane coating material is applied in the non hardened, sticky condition. The solvent free components consist of solvent free, liquid epoxy resin with suitable hardener in a specific mixture ratio. The hardener represents a modified cycloaliphatic polyamine.
