The report describes the Long-Term Dynamic Simulation program (LOTDYS) as it was developed for this project. It is both a programmer's guide and a user's guide for LOTDYS. It contains a list and description of the program variables,the program itself and the data required to run one of the sample cases of Section IB-4.
