The manual contains theoretical information and analytical procedures for parameters listed in the Federal Register (Wednesday, December 1, 1976, Part II) Water Programs: Guidelines Establishing Test Procedures for the Analysis of Pollutants. Procedures are as described in the Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, 14th Edition, 1976. It is written in an outline form.
