Instructor's Guide for the NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) Spirometry Workbook

The purpose of this manual is to help the instructor better use the NIOSH Spirometry Workbook with students in a classroom setting. The manual suggests what should be taught, how and in what order. It is meant to be a guide for teaching with heavy emphasis on demonstrations and student practice. For each unit of the Spirometry Workbook, the Instructor's Manual offers teaching suggestions using lecture, instructor demonstrations, and student participation.
