Bird-Habitat Relationships on Southeastern Forest Lands

摘要

Distribution, abundance, and autecology of 234 species that breed and/or winter in the Southeast are presented in narrative form. Species associations with successional stages of 23 vegetation types are expressed in a series of tables. Designed primarily for forest land managers and planners, the work provides information useful to others interested in birds and bird communities in the Southeast as well.
