Guide to Evaluation in the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program

This guide to evaluation of nutrition education programs was prepared for State and local staff on the basis of experience obtained in evaluating the Adult and Youth components of the program. Although focused on this one program the guide has wider applicability to many other types of human development programs.
