It also summarizes several laws and proposed regulations that will influence ones work. The laws that the information bulletin focuses on are: The Hazardous Materials Transportation Uniform Safety Act of 1990; Section 123 of SARA; The 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments; The OSHA health and safety standards issued under SARA Title I; The Oil Pollution Act of 1990; The Pollution Prevention Act; and Other proposed federal regulations.
