The following Japanese-English dictionary includes hydrographical, geological, chemical, botanical and biological terms used in oceanography. Included also are some of the more commonly used meteorological and fisheries terms. Romanized Japanese words have been separated, in some cases, into phonetic units to facilitate reading. (Author)
