A discussion is presented of the ideas basic to the development of AFTON 2A--a computer code for the calculation of two-dimensional axisymmetric motions using generalized time-dependent coordinate systems. The function of each routing of the code is described and statement numbers which allow the reader to reference the FORTRAN listing are included in the test. Also, a complete flow chart and an Index are given in the appendixes. (Author)
