摘要

A technique for constructing a general analysis for approximation methods in studying parameterized high performance control problems is outlined. Modeling errors are formulated in feedback form and contraction mapping analysis is applied. Compatibility between plant and its approximation for stabilization studies, and the concept of ideal parameter values that produce indistinguishable input-output characteristics from the real and approximating feedback schemes are introduced. The analysis is easily extended to feedback schemes incorporating sector-bounded nonlinearities and state feedback, and to control problems such as decoupling controls and disturbance rejection.
