Comment on: Identification in the Linear Errors in Variable Models

摘要

A model for multiple regression with errors is considered. The fact that one sentence proved in Kapteyn-Wansbeek's paper Identification in the linear errors in variables model (1983) is not exact is noted. A necessary and sufficient condition for identification in the linear error for variable model of a parameter normally distributed is proved.
