Relevance of Connectance on the Lyapunov Characteristic Exponents of Products of Symplectic Random Matrices

The effect of the connectance on the Lyapunov characteristic exponents of products of symplectic random matrices which mimic the chaotic behavior of a large class of Hamiltonian systems is studied. It is shown that no significant modifications appear in the spectrum of the Lyapunov characteristic exponents when the number of interacting neighbors is increased.
